no noise, slowly moving east while slowly rotating. I looked at the sky to see the clouds. It was directly above the parking lot of Blue Cross in Topeka, KS. At first, I thought it was a model airplane, but I have never seen one like that before. I was at work on my lunch break at about 11:50 A.M. during May or June of 2002.
