Author: I was sitting on my veranda in my chair when a silvery ball-bearing looking object suddenly appeared in the blue, but slightly hazy sky in the southeast direction from where I was, over the area of the Blue Mountains. It appeared to twinkle much like a very large star but also had the appearance of reflecting light and/or generating light. At arm length, it was about the size of a BB.
I viewed the object for a few seconds but then I ran in my home, in a futile attempt, to get my Sony digital video camera but it was gone when I went back out to attempt to video it.
This area has been very active in the last few months and my last sighting (which was much different) was seen and reported on March 5th of this year.
