Go watch the CNN report from that night about it… WAY better footage. Definitely not an airplane, Mr. Nonbeliever. Military, etc. acknowledged no known aircraft or training excercises.
I was a witness to these lights that this family filmed. I seen them from Yuma Arizona in the direction of Phoenix with my girlfriend at the time. I watch the Army, and Marine Corp practice around Yuma, I know what a squadron of Chinook Helicopters, Fighters, Flares and Air Ships look like in the air. These lights are not flares or know aircraft, and not as red as the film shows. Yuma and Phoenix are over 150 miles apart and you think they’re flares? Not a chance!
People who witnesses this phenomena in Arizona (thousands of them!) are really blessed. I envy them, in a good way.
Sorry UFO and flare people, but that is obviously an airplane. I’ll film my own “phoenix lights” vid next time I spot an airplane’ s lights.

check it out. i saw these lights when it happend. i was chillin at a park called lookout park with some buds smokin a blunt when i looked up an seen them “turn their lights on” the lights appeared out of nowhere. they stayed in the same place for about 20 minutes till they one by one disappeared till the last chilled a while then dissapeared. IT WAS NOT BALLOONS TIED TO FLARES damnit that statement pisses me off .being i was there watching them in awe.
Idk, the same night i was in pheonix i was watching tv and my window in right behind my tv. right on the street i see a light come down. Im thinking what the heck? It must be a training mission with a helicopter or something. So i get back to watching tv. 20 minutes later, the same thing happends. Now im really confused. I dont know if it was just a little something or was it really a host search. I dont know, can anyone help?

If it is some sort of hidden Gov technology then why fly it around a big city. That doesn’t make any since either.
I’m not saying that it’s aliens, like any one else on here….. I have no idea what it could be. It just seems like if it was a hidden Gov thing, they would be flying it in some remote area instead of a huge city.
