My husband and I just returned after watching fireworks, and was admiring the neighbor’s display when a bright Orange/red fireball caught my eye. It was due east in the sky above the tree line. It looked like 5 of the brightest stars you would see in the sky combined. We really didn’t know what to think.
It remained stationary and got brighter, the began to slowly fade, like it was slowly turning around (180) while stationary.
My husband joked (who has never seen any lights before while I have) and said “there’s your UFO” and began heading toward the door which is west.
He then froze and said “would you look at that!” In the NW sky were FOUR more orange lights exactly like the one due east. The four were the same brightness and color, but momentarily got bigger as if they were getting closer. My husband went into the house (I think he was scared) and I continued to watch…they stopped getting bigger and began fading. But as I noticed they were fading not because of turning around like the due east on but the were ascending straight up and were getting dimmer because of their ascent.
Everything took about a minute.
We were at 1000N and 2000S rd. We were out there in the dark country star gazing and UFO hunting. It was a perfect clear sky. We noticed a bright bluish white light that seemed to be too big to be a star..NW of our position. At first sight i started focusing in the camera and couldnt get a lock on it. I then realized it is headed right at us. It wasnt stationary anymore. SE flight pattern. It got straight above us above 600ft over head it just turned out its bright white light. No other lights were visible. There was no sound at all and it looked like the shape of this thing was blocking out the sky behind it.. It looked like a huge triangle. We got really nervous since it stopped right over us. We jumped back in the car and got to civilization rather quickly. Its one of things where you think.. i should be careful what i wish for.
I had just turned right from N Byhalia Rd onto White Rd heading west. I was accelerating to 30mph and panned my eyes from the evening clouds east of me (where it was becoming dark) to the west where I was heading (no clouds). Toward the west, south-west I noticed a distinct blue glow/light with a white dot at the center. The object was stationary, and had the shape of a flattened diamond or flattened infinite shape. I knew it wasn’t an airplane (I’ve grown up around a major airport and I have never seen anything like this and the apparent elevation and size of the object in relation to setting sun ruled out reflection) so I started thinking it was a star but the shape was really inconsistent with that as well. (I want to make record of this next part although it seems really strange.) I then had the thought, “I wonder if it knows I see it.” At which point it simply vanished. Almost like if someone was shining a flashlight at you from across a field and then turned the light off without warning. It was just gone. There were no other objects in the sky. No silhouettes, shimmers, nothing. I continued scanning the area trying to come up with an explanation, the hair started standing up on the back of my neck as I realised I can’t explain what I just saw. I then called my wife and told her “I think I just saw an honest to God UFO.” I’m writing this now to make record as I am trying to recall as much detail as possible and I am going to return to the site tomorrow and try and get some pictures and reference points to see if I can come up with an explanation for what I saw.
My brother and I just returned home from a movie at roughly 1:30am. We went inside and ate At 2:30am give or take a few minutes we went outside so hecould smoke a cigarette. Standing in the driveway I was star gazing while he smoked next to me and a single orange ball of light appeared out of nowhere as if it just poofed into existence. It was brighter than any star in the sky, much bigger than a star maybe two or three times as much and was brilliantly orange. The light remained constant the whole time and there were no other lights associated with the object. I told my brother to look up and he confirmed he could see the object asking me what the hell is it. The object remained stationary for roughly 20 seconds then moved north over Lake Erie at a great rate of speed. We could see it zipping across the sky sky for 10-15 seconds covering what seemed like alot of ground and then is just disappeared. It didn’t travel out of our field of view it literally just disappeared. When it first appeared I was staring at some stars facing north and it just appeared in my field of view like magic. It sat in the same spot as I said earlier before moving. When I first saw it I thought maybe it was a sattelite but it didn’t move at all for twenty seconds and then just took off. Also I’ve seen plenty of sattelites and none have ever had the brilliance of this object. When Ive seen sattelites the never just appeared they always came into view looking like a moving star the maintained the same speed and flight path. This object was not a sattelite in my opinion because of its size, color, and the fact it remained motionless before zipping off. We were both extremely excited by what we saw but also extremely confused. I live in tucsonfor the past four years near davis mothan air force base so ive see my fair share of militarty aircraft. This looked nothing like what either of us would describe as a military or civilian airplane or helicopter. It wasn’t a meteor either, weve seen plenty of those and they just streak across the sky for a few seconds the disappear.

Whilst out having a cigarette in my back yard I noticed the sky was very clear and the only cloud was where the sun was setting. I noticed two strange objects, one which appeared stationary and the other had what looked like a vapour trail as it if was moving. At first glance the object with the trail could have been mistaken for a aeroplane however the object seemed too distant to be considered a plane in my opinion (ive seen many aeroplanes in the area). In a rush to find my camera I realised my batteries where dead and I had to replace them quickly accidently resetting the internal camera clock which explain why the date on the pictures is incorrect.
The objects where there for approx 45min with the sunset taking them out of my view. During this time the object with the trail seemed to fade into obscurity whilst the stationary oject remained prominent.
The incidint left me very excited as I have had earlier experiences before but never had a camera to hand! Obviously I remain skeptical about my pictures and what they could be but I have exhausted all avenues and now I turn to MUFON for help on this.
Any light you can shine on these pics would be much appreciated!
Thanks

ps there are another three pictures available – I have picked the best three to submit to you as your system allows me to do so.
Took the dog out she was overly restless and barking. She kept barking to the south. I was looking all around the neighborhood not seeing anything. She was racing around and i happened to look up facing the south already and seen the same object I viewed on May 20th. It was just hovering above the graveyard at the end of our street.I came in the house for camera and a witness. We stood there and watched it a few minutes and it took off to the southeast very slow moving. The white background lighted the object but i couldn’t tell the shape of it. It had red lights all around it.. nothing blinked. It was pretty high up off the ground but I cant say for sure how high it was. With my dog still being nutty I brought her in and locked the doors. Chalked it up as yet another UFO sighting out here in the country. The photos I attempted to take didn’t turn out.
I had just started taking my daily morning walk along a busy Pkway in Las Cruces, NM. It was a CLEAR, blue sky day. About 8:35 a.m. The Moon was pale in the morning sky. No clouds. I usually observe the beautiful morning weather and I live on a ridge so its hard to miss the sky ahead.
I live on a main parkway…cars were driving by.
I saw something in the sky. At first I thought, that’s not the shape of a plane. It seemed white in the sun. Egg or almond shape. The object was stationary. I stopped walking. The object stayed still as I watched it. I knew it was not a star. There were no stars in the sky.
The object started to move ever so slightly.
I thought…I wonder if my camera can catch this? It was kind of far away. As I stood there and
started to retrieve my Blackberry, I kept my eyes on the object. The object started to simply fade and then disappear. It was stationary when it disappeared.
I stayed looking at the sky thinking it would return.
As I was looking up…a car drove by and a girl yelled out of the window
“It’s GONE!”.
I knew I was not the only one who saw it.
I feel like it was an unidentified flying object. I wrote my children
and my best friend right away.
I have only lived in New Mexico for 3 weeks. I have never seen anything
like that, that I can remember.
After about 5 minutes as I continued my walk. I saw a jet in the sky. I thought…I wonder if someone reported the object. I knew that the military sometimes sent up jets as a follow up to a report.

I was leaving my fiance?s house around 11:30 PM on the 22nd of May, 2011. His house is essentially in the middle of nowhere and is surrounded by corn fields. On a clear night, you can see every star in the pitch black sky, as it is void of air pollution and smog. Tonight, however, we are expecting serious storm systems so the sky was extremely cloudy and overcast. Dark grey clouds blocked any stars or airplanes in the sky. However, looking to the eastern part of the sky, I noticed a vibrantly glowing orange light hovering in the air. Having avid interest in UFOs, I pointed it out to my fiance, asking him if there was a streetlight or radio tower in that area. He quickly brushed off these possibilities, as his house is surrounded by farmland as I mentioned. We stood staring at the UFO. It hung stationary in the sky, glowing a bright orange. It didn?t waver like an airplane- in fact, it didn?t move whatsoever. The object was VERY still. It seemed to flash a little bit of red in the lower right corner. For the most part, it was entirely orange- a very vibrant orange. The UFO captivated us since it stood out so sharply against the cloud-covered sky. I cannot emphasize this enough. [I took careful note on my drive home- I couldn?t even see any airplanes against the heavy cloud coverage.] After about 2 minutes of observation, the orange object began to get smaller and smaller before it disappeared. Needless to say, I was very anxious on my drive home (and still am).
