1 .ON HOLIDAY ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT UK . AUGUST 20TH 2009. I was taking digital photos of a perfect sunset over the solent towards southampton/portsmouth. 2. The what i can describe , metallic ball object was only noticed by me at my holiday home Thorness bay isle of wight the same evening as i transfered the pictures from my digital camera to my laptop. I noticed the strange object straight away , However had not seen it with my naked eye at the time the picture was taken.3. At first my family who were with me said it was proberbly a hot air balloon, But i personally had to dismiss this because surely there would have been the shape of the basket below it.perhaps it is something to do with the suns rays in the photo? But ive seen many other photos of similar objects on the internet and on you tube sightings. 4 . A ball shaped metallic object .No witness of its motions due to it only behing descovered when veiwed on my laptop pc.5.I have very strongs feelings about any unexplained sighting of anything ufo related or supernatural . I think the fact of not having a rational explination of what is seen with the human eye feels me with facination and curiosity. I have kept this picture close to my personal feelings since my holiday in august 2009 and only my children , parents , and partner have seen this photo and i seem to be the only person who has strong feelings towards this subject. I now have for some reason a strong facination for the unexplained and or especially ufo sightings.6. Only noticed when photo was first veiwed, therefore can not answer point 6.

I was taking random pictures while on the bus going around Landover Mall and saw what appears to be a UFO in two of them in the 4:21 PM photos. Saucer shaped, kind of a silhouette in front of the sun. Could have been a bird, but it doesn’t look wingy. Clearly not a plane or blimp. Possibly a blur of the camera with the sun. But it definitely looks saucer-like. Never actually saw it as I was simply holding up my phone/camera snapping pictures. I felt a little wow.

I was sitting in my vehicle waiting for someone to come pick up a vehicle from our impound yard and I was watching a bright light move across the southern sky at about 1000 MSL and maybe 1 or so miles away. It would travel one way then the other maybe 90′ or so. Did not think much but I began to notice it didn’t have any nav lights, beacons or strobes and I found that odd. It traveled at aprox. 120-200 knots, about what I would expect of a aircraft. We are close to Felts Field but the tower was closed at this time and it was not in the pattern or even close and it was not on approach to Spokane Int or Fairchild AFB. I had my cell phone camera and decided to take about 20 pictures. I forgot about them then the other day I looked at them and noticed a object above the bright light. It seems to take several different forms and changes form. I realized my phone was a video also and took a video and in the video, on frame by frame play only you can see the object go behind the bright light then back which you could not see at normal speed. Also you can hear the sound of what sounds like a jet aircraft but during this all I heard nothing. I did have my truck running during most of the time which would have covered any sounds but when I turned it off I don’t recall any sounds. I have a extensive aviation background, could fly before I could drive, lived on a airport, father is a retired 747 pilot, I know aircraft and this was not any type known to myself. I don’t have any idea what it is and I find it very interesting, whatever it is?

I was at my workplace in the Humble area, came out the back door for a cigarette break. Noticed a very clear sky with several white jets creating contrails. Visible in the early pics (around 2:00 pm). I took a few shots just out of curiosity. About 2 hours later, I came out and the contrails had turned into heavy cloud cover with a visible contrail jet still flying over. I took a few more pics, but did notice the odd glowing chevron shape above me. Took some pics. Later uploaded to computer and adjusted contrast (only) to see better detail, if any. I did not see the small egg shaped object when taking the pics. The chevron was just hovering/floating there but couldn’t observe for a long time, I was at work.
The chevron struck me as an oddity and of course my mind started running on the reaction between the contrails creating cloud cover and this odd shape appearing overhead. Who knows.
I am a digital designer by profession and I swear that nothing was re-touched or altered other than increased contrast and adding the red circles to highlight the anomaly. Not even sure it was an object but it sure grabbed my attention. I am an avid skywatcher and have seen about 2o ufo’s through the years. Sadly, never had a camera to record anything. These were taken with an iPhone4 at HD.
The pics are numbered as originally still on the iPhone, in the order they were shot. The first set of pics lapsed maybe 3-4 mins. The second set (4:00pm) were rapid fire.
I uploaded the ones highlighting the objects(?) or whatever they are but all of the originals are available upon request. The archive is 37mb compressed, as they are HD.
