Author: My mother and I were heading west down US 180 about 3 miles east of the small unincorporated community of Funston, TX, in Jones County around 10:15PM on the evening of June 6, 2011. While looking at the road, I noticed a low flying object, that I thought to be a plane. As it crossed over the road in front of us, we joked around about the possibility of it being a “UFO.” Finally, the object stopped; and seemed to hover in midair. As we got closer, we could see the object had white/green LED like lights on the bottom, and there was also a flashing red light in the center. The lights were arranged in a triangular formation. As we got closer, we believed the object to be a radio tower. But as we pulled up to the point where we were about even with the object, we could tell it had more “depth,” than just a radio tower. This thing was big. The object was still hovering over what I believe is a field (probably hovering around 70-100′). I stopped the vehicle on the shoulder of the highway and my mother rolled the window down. Instantly the object began to move slowly in an east-northeast direction. The object had absolutely no sound whatsoever as it began to move; it began to move faster and faster. I immediately turned the car around and headed east down US 180 as I tried to see where the object went. The lights got smaller and smaller and finally appeared as only one light that flashed. The object kept getting smaller and smaller and I decided to turn around. I felt very confused, yet excited about what I had just seen. Later that night, the excitement turned to a slight amount of fear. I didn’t know if this was some kind of plane, jet, helicopter, or ET life…it was certainly a highlight of the night. We both discussed what we had just seen, and both questioned how it could be a plane/jet since there was no sound. Whatever it was, it did NOT like it when we stopped the vehicle. It took off immediately. Never was there a sound. It was an extremely weird night….

I was driving south down Interstate 380 from Cedar Rapids towards exit 10 (Swisher/Shueyville exit). As I approached the rest stop from the North I noticed a Iowa State Trooper pulled over on the side of the road with his cherries on. As I drove past him, I looked in my rearview mirror and noted only his rear cherries were on as from the front, he only had parking lights on and not even headlights turned on. I just thought that was odd, it was as if he were watching something. So I instinctively scanned the skys and to my southeast, I saw several orange lights in the sky approximately over Shueyville.
For a second I thought they must be on a cell tower or building but then I knew there were no towers or tall buildings in that area so I kept looking and that’s when I noticed the lights were slowly changing position in relationship to each other. I also for a second thought maybe they were fireworks but as I kept driving South, the lights did not change intensity and did not fall to the ground. They did not blink and were just a light orange color.
By this time I was nearing my exit so I started up the exit ramp and pulled over on the side of the road. I tried to take a picture with my blackberry but the picture just turned out black – the camera was just not sensitive enough to pick out the orange lights. They had no shape as they were too far away but they did not appear to be at a very high altitude – maybe like the altitude of an airplane on appoach to an airport. I could not hear anything other than the sounds of I-380. There were at least 3 lights and they very slowly changing position in relationship with each other but other than that, did not appear to move in any specific direction relative to where I was parked. After about 2 more minutes of watching them, they just started faded, one at a time, until there was nothing left.
I have lived in this area all of my life and have never seen flares dropped and there are no military bases nearby. That said, these may have been flares but I don’t know why or who would drop flares around here and having never personally seen flares dropped, I have nothing to compare them to.
If anyone else saw these or knows what they were, please let me know. Very curious.
I took this photo at the corner of Riverside Dr. and Eastland Ave. in Nashville, TN at 2144 CST on 5 June 2011 with my HTC Thunderbolt Phone camera. There was a large triangular form with lights at each point. It appeared to be massive, over a football field in size. It also appeared to be over the river or close to it. It gained altitude while rotating clockwise and the “faded out” while heading NW. The rear lights faded before the front one.
My wife and I were driving home from visiting my parents who are flying to CA in the morning. On our return home we were heading West on Eastland Ave., up a slight hill. My wife points to the left over some trees and I can see something, it turned out to be these three lights. We stopped at the stop sign at the top of the hill and I got out my phone. I notice a car coming behind me, so I turned right and pulled immediately to the shoulder of the road. I got out and noticed that the car behind me stopped and got out too. As I took the photo I realized that at least 7 cars had stopped and were watching. It lasted about 3 minutes from when we first spotted it. I took a quick video as well. After it faded everyone was just in shock and got it their cars and left. We talked to the guys who pulled up behind us, and I showed him the photo I took. We high-fived and left. It was certainly disturbing and everyone was in disbelief.

Back in April I noticed a orange, red, green, white and yellow object from my bathroom window. I saw it with my binoculars. Then I started to notice more strange things and became very aware of my surroundings. Since that first light I now know that there are things with almost a
Predator like look about them. I actually saw when the wind blew a lime green snake like object with big green eyes with a vertical black line in the middle looking around and several feet away a brown and white owl like object under my tree with tiny moveable lights. I took my video camera and caught it on HD. I have since discovered there is actually something in tree’s. I have many videos of lights in the tree’s, during day and night. I see after all my current awareness that there is something illuminating the tree’s. I feel like there always watching. Because you usually see two lit dots close together then one or all will dim out. It seems to manipulate the foliage and has some intellictual intent to hide. But I see it!!!! I am an RN, not Registered Nut! I have proof that will back up my statements. The wind really seems to excacerbate these things. The setting and rising sun lights really glitters brillantly off these things in the trees. At night I get a little scared because I saw a projection like large snake like face in my binoculars looking at me. At work, I caught this deformed snake like object(s), in a tree at night all green, moving and lighting up when I took my cell phone and video camera to it. I have an employee witness this with me and alone. Please help. I need to know what a professional thinks of my footage. I want you to come and see for yourself. I know this can’t be explained. But I know this is REAL!
This all started in April, 2011. I also have seen a silver blinking dancing light in the sky at times. And there is a red, green, yellow reflection on my neighbors garage door. Also, I have seen it above the tree line and I think in the sky.
One night at sunset I saw red lights twirling around in two occassions in the woods. SCARY. And when I was at work I saw a christmas light like bubble blob over a tree then followed by two red twinkling round ones in succession. My witness saw one of them two. This is when he started to think I was crazy until I showed him that weired lighted green thing in the tree. I have it on my camera’s. Call me, cell is [phone number removed/cms/tg]]. I have seen you guys before, wait til you see my stuff!!!! I hope you contact me soon. This is such a stressor for me to know of it basically alone.

The night began watching tv i live on the third floor of an apartment building. I went out my deck to smoke a cigarette, I took notice to something i thoguht was unusual. I happen to look up in the sky and every 5 seconds i would see a light moving across the sky silently from the same exact spot every time.
At firtst i thought there was something going on with the military because it seemed like there was too many “planes” in the sky, but it was just silent; so it couldn’t have been.
I called and reported apprehensivley and asked if they were aware of any military planes in the area. I had to hang up because she made me feel crazy. I then went back outside and now had a witness to confirm that was seeing it correctly.
After this was confirmed, the lights seemed to scatter everywhere, around and in the distance of my building. Then for some reason i looked over my shoulder and up and saw two lights shining directly down. The object was about 50 feet above our heads and in a matter of seconds the lights turned upright and this is when i saw the shape of a capsule. Almost acorn like or the space shuttle capsule. There was no noise at all. My hair stood up and time seemed to stand still and slow down and my heart started to pound in disbelief. I watched this turn upright, and silently at a speed i cant fathom and watched as it went off into eternity. It was so fast that it felt surreal and I couldn’t beleive it. I never believed but this has changed me and the person i was with.
I took me a long time to come to terms with what i saw.

My family and I were on our way back from Fort Worth Texas we were traveling north bound on highway 121 just past DFW airport. Just as as I pass Bass Pro Shop Road to my left I see a group of white static lights, they are not blinking. I’ve driven this route many times but not usually at night and my first thought was that there were some elevated wires of some kind that had lights on them that I had never noticed before because the lights were not moving. They just hung there. So they had to be on some wires or a pole or something is what I’m thinking. When I first see it, the object is ahead of me on the west side of highway 121. If I’m looking out the front windshield the object is at about 11 o’clock. Five seconds or so later as the object is at about 10 o’clock I see that the lights are in a V shape and I can see the dark outline of the object as it is contrasted against the night sky. There are five lights on at the point of the V and two on each “wing”. They are evenly spaced apart and they are not strobing or radiating as far as I can tell. They are just on, bright white static lights. I ask my wife and my fifteen year old son if they see it and they say they do. Five more seconds pass and the object is at the 9 o’clock position. There is no doubt that the lights are in a V shape. My wife and son are asking aloud “What is that?” and “How are those lights just floating there?”. We pass the object and I track it in my rear view mirror. It starts out hovering then it begins to float over the freeway moving eastward in the direction of eastbound 635. I want to stop but its at night and we’re on the freeway so I keep driving. My wife tracks it from the passenger seat for about 20 more seconds until it’s out of sight behind some trees. The whole sighting lasted about thirty seconds. I can only guess as to how far away it was or how fast it floated away so I’ll refrain from doing so. It definitely hovered, it definitely floated away and it was definitely V shaped . The object did not have flashing or blinking lights of any kind. I immediately took note of the time, the van clock read 10:51 pm CST and I said it aloud to my wife because I wanted to remember the date and the exact time that we saw the object. I came home and google searched “dallas ufo” and as of this writing I have found nothing. So I wanted to make sure the event was documented. It happened over a busy freeway near an airport so it had to have been seen by others.
We were at the Autorama Drive-In theatre. Around the beginning of the movie we saw about 5-6 round lights appear to the right of the movie screen. They all seems to float together, staying about the same distance apart and went behind the movie screen, then to the left of it. They stopped and slowly faded to small lights, then nothing. You could hear other people saying things like “what are those strange lights?” from other cars. We tried to take a picture but it didn’t come out. Other poeple were taking pictures. I checked on facebook and the newspapers the next day to see if anyone reported it, and apparently not. It seemed really close, not much higher up than the screen. I am so a believer now!

I was driving to my girlfriends house in the West Salem hills. To get to her house you must climb a steep hill that, if traveling in a car, puts you facing the western sky. It was very sporadic weather that whole day having been sunny, overcast, and raining. There had also been thunder and lightning earlier. As I was traveling up the hill I noticed two small dots of light in the sky. They were orange in color and appeared to be very high in the air. They caught my attention immediately because they were moving in very random patterns, zig-zaging around in a very erratic ways. I knew quite instantly that I was observing UFOs. I have seen documentaries that describe similar sightings and because I am quite positive nothing that I have ever seen in the air has the ability to move in these ways. I was absolutely in awe of this spectacle, mostly because I am very interested in UFOs and am an unwavering believer in their existence. I stopped my car in the middle of the street and continued to observe the UFOs for a few moments before deciding to pull out my cell phone and call my girlfriend and tell her to go outside and see them for herself. It was at this moment one of the dots seemed to fade quickly away, as if zipping off into the atmosphere. I continued to watch the other one as it danced around in the same random fashion. Just as I got my girlfriend on the phone the remaining UFO zipped away, slower than the first but in the same direction and fashion. I described the event to my girlfriend and several other close friends afterward.
After work I went to sit in the spa. I noticed lights moving to the north of me. There were two and they were close together. The first thought was birds in flight, but, they don’t have lights. Second thought was remote control planes. They usually fly with the standard aircraft lights. The lights started to perform a maneuver, similar to a lazy eight, during the maneuver the lights disappeared. My thought at that time was that “This is not right.” The lights reappeared and started moving to the south, they passed east of my position. One of the lights took up a wingman position, behind and to the left of the lead. They continued to the south, they seemed to be climbing, they eventually faded out, instead of going behind the hill.
When first seen the lights were lower the outline of Glassford Hill. After passing the color of the light was golden.
