Author: My mom and I were on our way back from Clifton. We were heading north and pulled over by a local creek I fish out of to see how deep the water is in hopes of fishing tomorrow. We were at 3100N and 1000E close to the intersection. I was going back to my car and looked up and saw the object with a row of 4 red lights on what seemed to be the front behind them seemed to be a white hue/glow. It was pretty high up and it just seemed to be hovering there. It really creeped me out and we felt as though it was watching us. I turned off the car engine and car lights so i could really get a sense of how bright and far this object was or if it was making any noise. It hovered there for another minute or two and without sound or gaining speed it just took off to the southwest. It didn’t even turn around or anything just took off but if what we thought we were looking at was the front how is that possible? Its hard to say what shape the object was when we were looking at it with these red lights which seemed to ring it as if it was a disk/round/half cirle. But, then again it could have been a boomerang cause we were only seeing this one edge of it. If that were the case then its movement wouldn’t have made sense. I am baffled. I m gonna guess and say it was a disk. When it took off it started flashing lights and turned out some of the red and looked like a plane would at high altitude. The white glow disappeared. I turned the car around and tried to stay in sight of it but it went directly into cloud cover and we lost sight of it. In total about 5 minutes passed that we got to watch it.

While driving on Ohio drive in Frisco the sky was very clear. I saw what appeared to be a green fireball. It reminded me of 4th of July fireworks however it was just one fireball and very large. My 13 year old was in the car and I yelled “look” and we both were like wow. We determined it couldn’t be a meteor as we saw a meteor shower two summers ago and it looked nothing like that. We also said why would someone just shoot one firework in the sky and it didn’t drop pieces of fire. It just very slowly shot across the sky and went down and just dissappeared. There was also what appeared to be an airplane traveling in the same direction and I was wondering if they saw what we saw.

I was on the roof at work taking a quick break to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. I was watching the flight paths of the planes coming to and from the airport when i noticed a faint moving light directly overhead. First I thought it was a satellite, but it was moving too fast. I then figured it was a plane at a high altitude, however as soon as i thought that i noticed another one. They seemed to be cigar shaped with a slight orange glow. At this point they started weaving in and out, stopping and abruptly changing direction. They then quickly moved off to the east and disappeared over new jersey. The whole thing lasted about a minute or less. I was very excited when it was over. I’ve been temporarily fooled by seagulls reflecting the city lights and chinese lanterns on new years eve, but I really can’t explain the objects I saw last night. No photos or video, unfortunately.

I was at my workplace in the Humble area, came out the back door for a cigarette break. Noticed a very clear sky with several white jets creating contrails. Visible in the early pics (around 2:00 pm). I took a few shots just out of curiosity. About 2 hours later, I came out and the contrails had turned into heavy cloud cover with a visible contrail jet still flying over. I took a few more pics, but did notice the odd glowing chevron shape above me. Took some pics. Later uploaded to computer and adjusted contrast (only) to see better detail, if any. I did not see the small egg shaped object when taking the pics. The chevron was just hovering/floating there but couldn’t observe for a long time, I was at work.
The chevron struck me as an oddity and of course my mind started running on the reaction between the contrails creating cloud cover and this odd shape appearing overhead. Who knows.
I am a digital designer by profession and I swear that nothing was re-touched or altered other than increased contrast and adding the red circles to highlight the anomaly. Not even sure it was an object but it sure grabbed my attention. I am an avid skywatcher and have seen about 2o ufo’s through the years. Sadly, never had a camera to record anything. These were taken with an iPhone4 at HD.
The pics are numbered as originally still on the iPhone, in the order they were shot. The first set of pics lapsed maybe 3-4 mins. The second set (4:00pm) were rapid fire.
I uploaded the ones highlighting the objects(?) or whatever they are but all of the originals are available upon request. The archive is 37mb compressed, as they are HD.

My wife and I were returning from Arizona to Los Angeles driving down the I-10 Freeway. While I was driving I noticed an orange bright light in the sky and at first figured it was a plane coming in for a landing. As I drove down the freeway I noticed it was extremely bright, flying about as slow as a police helicopter usually does, and emitting an orange glow without any blinking lights like most aircraft. I woke my wife up to get her opinion on it as we were now coming up on it above us. At this point I had to look back at the road because it was flying over us. She watched as it flew over us and across the freeway back towards the east and noticed the shape being round with the back end being flat. The orange glow coming out of a hole in the center of the craft illuminated the bottom which she described as sort of white, but not white like a plane. Almost an egg shell white. As the freeway bent we lost site of the object and weren’t able to see it anymore. We had no feelings other than confusion at what we had seen.
We see police helicopters on a nightly basis in LA, and my wife grew up in Tucson Arizona where she would see many military craft flying in the skies daily and nightly. Neither of us have any idea what this was.
Note: We did see this just before the Ontario Airport and are fully aware of that. When I first saw the bright glowing light I assumed it was flying into this airport, even though we were still a few miles away from it. Along with knowing full well what a helicopter looks like at night, as low as it was flying we should have heard something, but we didn’t.

We were bbq’ing in my back yard and I spotted the object in the northern sky moving S.E. I thought it may be a satellite but I am very familiar with the way those show in the night sky. It was very bright and moving fast with no sound. Midway through the viewing what looked like a shooting star appeared directly under it. The shooting star seemed to be more like a missle that was shot at the bright object and missed. A couple minutes after that the object slowed down drastically and changed color from an intense white to a dull red color. We lost sight of the object behind the mountain and about 3 min later what seemed to be two military f-16 fighters appeared in the same area that the object traveled. We could clearly hear these two jets and they had normal blinking aircraft lights. After the occurence we really could’nt believe what we had just seen especially when the jets showed up. I believe that what we saw was advanced aircraft or something not from here. The missle type object is what made us really wonder.

This happened 21 years ago and I have not related it to anyone except a few friend in all that time. I am reporting it to MUFON now because recent events (the National Press Club conference, etc.) seems to me to make it more important to do so. I am hoping it will still be helpful after all this time. Here is what happened:
In early 1991, I was driving to my home in Morro Bay, CA with my then 12 year old daughter at around 2:00am in the morning coming from Atascadero, CA on Hwy 41. There was little or no traffic on this route at that time in the morning. This route descends into a narrow canyon before reaching the coast. As we drove into the canyon a flashing red light caught my attention in my rear view mirror. Thinking that it was an emergency vehicle approaching from my rear I was concerned because there was not really much room to pull over and let it pass. As I was watching it in my mirror I noticed that the red light was flash in a very irregular manner, unlike an ambulance or fire truck or police car. At one point the road made a large sweeping curve to the left which allowed me to look back up the canyon, which I did trying to figure how far behind me the lights were. It was then that we came upon a small turnout on the shoulder of the road and I pulled off and stopped and awaited for it to pass. When I looked back I noticed that the red light was now steady and not flashing and I realized that it was coming down the other side of the canyon slightly above and floating above the treetops. It was also maintaining a constant distance above the trees by rising and falling as it floated. there are no roads on that side of the canyon and I could see the reflection of the red glow which was coming from the curved bottom of a small (no more than 20 feet) disk shaped craft moving somewhat slowly as it followed the hillside. As my daughter had been dozing, I woke her and called her attention to what I was seeing. I also rolled down my window at this point and could tell at this time that the disk was absolutely silent – no noise at all. As we continued to watch the craft made it’s way further down the canyon to a position across and slightly above ours and after passing that point it began to rise along the hillside while still moving forward until it reached the ridge at which point it went up and over the ridge and descended over the other side and out of sight. At this point it began to sink in that what we had just seen was a UFO and I experienced the hair on the back of my neck standing up. In a moment, wanting to see more, I got back on the road and sped down the canyon trying to gain another vantage point to see it again. I was not able to. My daughter was excited and agitated and kept asking me, “What was that daddy?”, but I had no answer. We went the last few miles home in silence and soon went to bed. I know what I saw. I know it was strange, But I also know it was not some ordinary object or vehicle. As I said, to this day I have not recounted this to any but a few close family and friends. I can only hope that there is something useful and/or helpful here. I certainly will never forget it.
