Author: I was on the on the phone parking the car when all of the sudden directly in front of me, traveling horizontally from South to North along the treeline, I saw a bright orange ball about the size of a tangerine held at arms length. My first thought was, “oh look at the gorgeous firework”. Then I realized that it was moving far to slow and steady to be a firework and way to level to be a Chinese lantern. I exited the vehicle quickly realizing that this was not something I had seen before, and was both alarmed an in awe. I am surrounded by farmland and it’s a clear night on the Fourth of July….I am used to seeing all kinds of stuff this time of year…but this was different. This could only be described as nothing other than a bright orange fireball. It made NO noise whatsoever.
I hung up the phone and quickly tried to take a picture with my camera phone. But try as I might the photos weren’t clear at all, and I was now running to keep up with it as it continued along the horizon gradually getting only slightly smaller. I then proceeded to try and get a video of the object from my phone…however the camera only saw black sky on the viewfinder. Now I was confused, alarmed and increasingly agitated . In the video all that can be heard are crickets and me saying “what is that?! and why is not visible on the camera? ”
(That’s right I am the stereotypical guy that could not get video of the blasted thing in a day when EVERYONE has a camera on them. I wont waste your time by posting the video its 20 seconds of me yelling at myself )
I put the camera away as I came up on the end of the dead end street I live on and met the edge of a large farmers field. It was at this point that the object had slightly curved ahead of me, and was now directly due north. It was then without warning or sound that it moved straight up in the sky at a high rate of speed until within milliseconds it went from the size of now a ping pong ball held at arms length, to a the size of a large star, only to shrink to match the size of any other star within the night sky. It dissipated into the sky like a star just fading out.
I kept repeating to my self now, “no one will believe me, I couldn’t get it on film… I maybe have on VERY blurry picture of it. I cant tell anyone… who will believe me??”
I stared waiting to see if I would see anything else for only a minute or two…perhaps firework or a plane or anything, and it was just silent. Nothing. I turned to walk back to my home and proceeded to call my parents who I was on the phone with when this whole thing started, to explain to them why I had hung up so abruptly. As I began to explain, from the corner of the sky where the object originated, came three helicopters, flying in formation moving in from south to north following the direction the object went. I watched them until they disappeared from site…they took much longer, and they made noise.
I have NO explanation for what I saw… it was huge, it was glowing bright orange and looked almost like it was on fire….it moved slowly and completely parallel to the ground until it shot off into the sky. It just defies explanation.
I am attaching the one phone photo that actually came out. Its a really lousy picture, with no frames of reference and would never hold up in court… but its all I have. I just don’t know what to think.

So it all started when my daughter and I were standing in the road talking to my mother. WE live right in the middle of Wilmington Ohio, when we my daughter spotted a yelowish orange sphere in the night sky about 3 to 4 thousand feet in the air. We watched as it crossed WIlmington thinking it may have been air care ,but it moved slower than a helicopter.As we waited for sound to come there was nuthing to be heard. It did not stay in one straight line, as it moved in an erratic motion. Againg with NO NOISE what so ever . we observed it for 10 to 15 seconds as it crossed clinton county.
I kept trying to tell myself that this was nothing but somekind of air plane or helicopter ,but i think that all 3 of us really knew what this thing was it had no marker lights at all just a big orange sphere in the sky . Once it flew from one side of the sky to the other it mysteriously dissapeared in the sky as it shot itself forward toward Sabina, Ohio . Then i never saw the object reappear . I was in totally shock as i didn’t know what to think about what i had just witnessed.

As we turned into Appelblaar street in Glenmarias we noticed two bright orange lights moving along a flight path from ORT ambo Airport. One disappeared from view the other flew right in front of an aircraft taking off. We gave chase driving along Dann Road but it was difficult to follow as we got held up at traffic lights and the object was obscured by the tree line. The craft disappeared as if it landed.

e then drove back along Dann Rd to Woodbridge Square. From the FNB Bank we watched the second orange orb float silently overhead. We stood and looked right up into the craft. It was very exciting and was torn between taking my eye of the craft and setting up the video on my cell phone. In the end I managed to get two photos as it disappeared behind Woolworths. As it flew over the building it dimmed a bit and then it lit up again.
This was a true case of a unidentified flying object as neither of us had seen anything like it before or imagined a ?flying saucer? to look like this. It looked a bit like a big orange ball of gaseous jellyfish.
On reading another sighting in Park Rynie Natal the lady describes it well: ?it was huge and looked like a hot air balloon without a basket for passengers moving across the sky. It was all lit up from the inside, like a huge candle in a huge balloon.?
My brother and I were star gazing in our backyard,which is near the outskirts of town. We had our telescope set looking due west, when my brother told me to turn and look at the eastern sky (he was scanning the night sky). We could see a glowing object slowly traversing the sky and is it got closer to us/line of view, it slowly started to fade out. The entire sighting took a good 20-30 seconds from the time it was first spotted until it faded away. Interestingly enough, it did not disappear over the horizon. It seemed to disappear quite a distance away from the horizon. There were no blinking lights, no flashes of light, just a glowing object that slowly floated by and then faded away. We were not scared, just felt like curious onlookers.

okay so i was putting the car seat in my mothers car and my wife comes out and says ” babe did you see that?” i looked at the sky and saw nothing at the moment i was about to turn my head to deny seeing anything a white light in the shape of a ball appeared it got smaller then bigger all within a matter of 2 to 3 minutes it all happened so fast i do not know hot to explain it the darkest patch in the sky could not of been a satellite or a plane ive been living here for 5 years and never seen such a thing.MY WIFE says she came outside because she saw from a window this white object moving in the the air as no plane would she says it looked as if it was bouncing in the air she came outside to ask me what i thought and boom thats where i started my story!!

I was leaving a popular Strip Mall in Viera Florida last night, I did my usual run where I would sit there with My Boyfriend a few dear friends and just chit chat all night until we all decided to go elsewhere or just go home. Well, 11PM Rolled around and we dexided to leave after a while. We all walked out to our cars said our “Godbyes” and left. Right as I was pulling out with my Roommate/Bestfriend, I looked in the sky, an what I saw didn’t suprise me I grew up keeping an ee out for this stuff, and saw my share of UFO’s, the shock factor here was, how low it was! Plus it was my friend’s first ever UFO Sighting. I slowly pointed up, assuming she’d miss it or something, and said “Dude, what the hell…? Did you se that? PLEASE PLEASE tell me you see that!” and thankfully, she did. “What on Eart?! What is that? Holy crap that’s weird!…Is that a???” It was 3 green lights, lit up in the shape of a Triangle. Then all at Once, they blackened into the night…I get excited and call my Boyfriend to tell him. When he answers I begin to tell my story about what we just saw, then suddenly he cuts me off. come to find out he saw the exact same thing! So, I tried to call our other two friends who had left as well. No answer. A few hours later they showed up at our door. And when I mentioned something being in the sky, they replied “Oh yeah! we saw the traingle green Lights! My boyfrind also told me later, he watched the ting hovering in just one spot for a long period of time, and again no sound at all. He coul see it from afar when the lights turned back on he said. But then it dissapeared again…..
We are not alone.

I was outside in the backyard taking the dog out, when I noticed an orb of light in the sky, it literally appeared out of nowhere, the sky was black and then it appeared, just a bright glowing orb of solid white light, it came from the west of my location where there is the gulf of mexico.i noticed it immediately because it was larger than any other object in the sky, and it was a solid light, and perfectly sphereical.
when i first saw it, and it was moving, i knew it wasnt a star, and it was too big and too close to be a plane. it was only one color solid white light. also the distance it covered in the time it was in the sky was far too fast than ive seen even a jet cover
the orb moved a short distance heading east so across the sky it moved west to east for about 5-7 seconds, then turned north im assuming, and i saw the light dim and only a small fraction of the light instead, what appeared to be the top section of the sphere, sort of a crescent of light, maybe 1/5th in size of the total sphere, for only a second or two, and then that fraction of light was gone as well and the sky was black again.
now in the second before the sphere became just a fraction crescent of light, it appeared to be ‘turning’ or changing direction and for some reason it looked almost flat on one side but as it was turning the light shrank into that small crescent, remained for only a second or 2, and then was gone. and then the sky was back to how it was before it had appeared.
this wasnt a plane or any known craft that i have seen. there was no sound when it appeared or the entire time it was moving. there were also at least one other craft in the sky, but it was a plane that looked to be a few miles east of where it appeared and that one for sure and i could tell the difference because the planes had the flashing white and red lights.
the sphere i saw did not flash, or pulse at all and the light itself was larger than any object in the sky at the time, except for the moon. in proportion to the moon it was maybe 1/4th the size of the moon. and it was a perfect circle and looked like a sphere although it could be cylindrical because i only saw the circle of light.
it wasnt in the air long enough for me to even take a picture or tell anyone to come look at it, it was just there, and as i watched wondering if it was a UFO it was gone.
i had never seen something like that which had made me want to report it but what i saw in this incident just felt like something nobody would believe but i wanted to report it anyway.

i was walkin my dog in my yard on that afternoon at around 2 pm when i noticed a bright wing shaped object that looked to be about 30 to 35 thousand feet up exacuting very tight banked turns as i watched it closley because iv never seen anything but a bird do such tight turns and thought it strange because it was either reflicting the sunlight or glowing, i watched for 4or so minutes untill it headed off in a north to north west heading and dissapeard almost imedeatly .

After seeing the three flashing spheres dissapear..I noticed a flashing star or cross shaped object futher up in the atmosphere..it was there..for at least 30 min..I even told a guy at a nearby house to look up at the Ufo..he said that he saw it too..and that it may be a satelitte..i thought no way..do satellites flash?..My 1st thought about the three objects were ..mylar balloons had escaped..and were floating away..but they were moving to fastand horizontally..not floating up and away and then dissapeared after fumbing with my camera on my smartphone..I filmed the western sky..knowing this 5 megapixel camera with no zoom would not even film a good video..but maybe someone would know how to zoom in later..cant be the space station..it moves across the sky..dont satellites to..i continued walking my dog and eventually i discovered there was no starshaped bright flashing object to be seen.

I am a retired school teacher.I always wanted to tell my UFO sighting to Dr Stanton Friedman.It always stayed fresh in my memory because every year my students wanted to hear my story and most of them believed it.It all began on a winter evening 1964 or 1965 at around 7 or 8 o`clock.I had spend the day at my girlfriend’s house and I had to walk 3 miles to get home in kneedeep snow after a snow storm.All of a sudden there was light all around me.I could not see where it came from as there was just but one house behind me.I remember thinking it could be the snowplow or somebody with a big light.After a 360 degree turn I looked up and there it was,a big cigar shape objet with rolling lights.If I had to put a distance I would say it was about a thouand feet up.Sadly I only had a few seconds of sigthing.It never made any sound and it was not moving.I was very impressed my the lights that were moving, but I never had the time to be scare. I admit to being a little shaky afterward.The UFO dissapeared in a northward direction from 0 to incredible speed leaving a flash of light,and not a sound.I had never seen anything like it before and I have never seen anything like it since.As most sightings,there were no witnesses even though I tried hard to find some.
