Time: Approx: 9:30 p.m.
I just saw a amber light moving northeast over Corner Brook. It was visible for approximately one minute and was very bright then flicked out.
There were no known arrivals for flights in Deer Lake or Gander Airport at the time of the sighting, which was approximately 9:30 p.m. No noise was heard, which was very strange.
I have personally witnessed strange amber lights around the Corner Brook area on 3 occasions and others I know have had similar experiences.

Date: September 12, and another month in 2012
Time: Evenings.
Hey, I don’t know if you’re still interested or not, but I saw the exact same thing here in Corner Brook a few months ago. My friend and I were driving and I thought it was just a street light too. Then I said “no, that’s not a light, its moving faster than we’re driving”.
So we pulled over and watched it climb up for like thirty seconds before it disappeared.
It was like it flared and then shot straight up and then it was gone. I took out my phone a little too late for it to show just how big it actually was, but I have it on video when it disappeared.
It was one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen and I can’t explain it. The reason I’m emailing you is because tonight I saw a bright green thing shoot across the sky and it reminded me of that night.

Saw a bright red light come over the mountain near DeRuyter Lake from the direction of Cazenovia in upstate NY. As it climbed and bank slowly I could see 4 red lights in each corner. Lights were steady. No other lights. It made no noise. As big as a plane, but really difficult to see the craft. We hear and see planes all the time. This was not a plane. As it went aross the sky it suddenly disappeared.
I was outside behind my aprtment having a cigarette at exactly 12:13 am, sitting in a foldable camping chair looking at stars in the east/northeast area over slc ut. As I was watching a few satellites traveling in their normal pathways, a triangular object with a light in each corner caught my eye traveling at high speed (no sound) from west to east. Its line of travel was in a straight line for about 4 seconds and it suddenly shifted to the south on a 20 degree angle very quickly, as though it was making a course adjustment or such. It made another shift to the south a moment later and continued very quickly to disappear from sight to the east over the wasatch mountains.
I have seen a video of a triangle object with a light in each corner on youtube… though wasnt convinced it was legit… I now know it is. At least the object I saw tonight was real… it made no noise I could hear, traveled at an extreme speed, and made course corrections which no known in-flight vehicle can perform to my knowledge.
It was by far the most amazingly tantalizing visage of my 38 years. I was astounded, and thrilled by my experience. Unfortunately I was unable to photo the object… though I can say with certainty, I did not have enough time to even unlock the screen on my phone nor would it have done justice to the object because of the speed at which it traveled through the air space over salt lake.
If you dont look… you’ll never see.

I was helping guide a motorcycle trip and taking photos of the riders, shortly before Amboy CA, which is a pretty sparsely populated area. I took a bunch of pictures, and was viewing them to add to our website today. This is the first time I noticed the anomaly in the upper right hand corner.
I have a RAW version of this photo, quite large and unaltered in any way. This is the only photo where the object appears and I thought it interesting as it has motion blur and is in the distance. I did not see it at the time as I was focused on the subject, but it looks an awful lot to me like a moving oval object off in the distance – an airplane would not blur this way.
I am a professional photographer.

I was in the house watching TV and my daughter just came home and was still outside when i heard her call for me to come out side and look at what she is looking at. i went outside to see a very larges dark in color triangle with a very bright white light on each cornerand fast blinking white lights (they looked like a sparkler)oddly spaced between the bright white lights. It was about 1/4 mile away and about 400 ft up. The triangle was at an odd angle with the top point at not at the very top and the blinking white lights were between the bright lights and blinking about once every 2 seconds and all not at the same time, much faster than the lights i see flying to the Sarasota airport. The craft was about 400 ft up and traveling south toward Sarasota about 50 mph. it headed south for 15 minutes. I came in and heard my daughter calling me again and again I went out and found out it had changed direction and began heading northeast. I followed it for another 15 minutes until i lost sight of it as it was too far away to see anymore. it was still traveling at the same slow speed.
When i first saw it i thought it was a plane but as i looked at it better with the odd shape and slow speed i knew it could not be. planes cannot fly that slow and helicopters make noise. this thing did not. then i realized it was a UFO. even my wife (a skeptic) saw it and believes it was a UFO.
Of course at the time i could not find a camera until it was too far away to take
