This is an audio Deep Trance Meditation (DTM) session by Douglas James Cottrell set to images and subtitles to help summarize and convey the meaning of the words. If you are unfamiliar with Douglas’ work, he is a trance intuitive in the same vein and style as Edgar Cayce. Search on his name for other videos or visit his website (douglasjamescottrell.com) for further information. when i read tarot his area in my hand between thumb and index and wrist tingles when i am supposed to stop shuffling, interesting.

  • mummydelights:

just as before, the delivery of this message was clear and direct, very unlike the usual style where the delivery is more objective.

@247mmg yes actually a couple years ago i asked about MMS and Rev. D responded that it is useful for parasites or other infestation in the intestine but it kills the good bacteria also, he gave a couple precautions- not to take too much, and that it ‘jolts’ the body into the kind of reactions ppl have like nausea etc because the body’s trying to get rid of it as a toxic substance. Overall the DTM didn’t recommend it too highly. I’ve taken MMS myself with mild results

  • rammsteinregeln:

    @mummydelights could you elaborate?

  • mummydelights:

its not the content of this vid which concerns me, but the delivery. I have listened for some time with great interest to the messages of rev cottrell and am certain that this is the first time i have heard him speak which such ‘certanty’ on any subject.
i dont think think i’ll be listennig anymore…

  • 247mmg:

@rammsteinregeln Thanx for your response..I’m very sorry to change the subject, I dont have the brain for this type of technology, just a sensory perception of it! Anyway, what I would like to ask? Has there been any information through DTM or otherwise in regards to the integrity of a man named Jim Humble? He has claimed to of discovered a powerful oxidizer called MMS, which can be used in small doses by the body to kill a whole host of diseases and more.
    Kind regards

What I’ve always been curious about is the specific wavelength/frequency of “chi” and kundalini-type energies. They should be measurable provided you knew what frequency to look for. The meters you discuss here are on the right track, but only the voltmeter is likely near accurate enough to measure the minute quantities or ratios involved. If an old super 8 camera is supposed to see auras, yet a digital camera is not, what is the difference in the technology that governs this? Very interesting!

  • jasongogal:

With the wrist point, you are looking for pressure changes? Basically that’s what any unlit or non-photosensitive meter would measure. If you are looking for voltage changes at that point, that’s a different matter. In the latter case, the bio-energy (volt) meter seems much more accurate than, for example, the finger meter (I have used these in first aid/medical applications). The wrist meter is a pressure sensor as well. It will only give you a pulse, not the magnitude of the pulse.

@DigrediorMens your sensitivity increases as you meditate- telepathy increases, so does clairvoyance. A key is being focused on what you’re doing in meditation and not letting random thoughts go through your mind, easier said than done though

  • rammsteinregeln:

@247mmg Spring forest qigong i have heard good things about, and it has really caught on in places.. there are commonalities between it, yellow bamboo and the different schools of nei kung. Spring forest is supposed to be very good for healing especially. It’s a path to enlightenment that seems to have helped many people

  • 247mmg:

Your videos are very interesting? I often feel some of them are very synchronistic, and parallel my current thinking amazing well….Not sure why, I talk about it alot with friends, blown away? Maybe this information permeates the collective consciousness via the etheric field and I extract it! Anyway enough of that. what I wanted to ask….What are your thoughts on Spring forest qigong? assuming youve heard of it…Thanks again for all you guys do, it sometimes leaves me speechless. P ‘n’ L

  • rammsteinregeln:

@brownfuji that’s true, it all helps though when trying to convince a person who doesn’t do meditation or energy work and is skeptical by nature, that meditation ‘does something’ physiologically; a person can use dowsing rods or you could bring in a clairvoyant who could see the energies increase, but those methods are subjective and the skeptic would have to take someone else’s word for it which they are reluctant to do; something apart from personal opinion that can be quantified is good too

  • rammsteinregeln:

@rammsteinregeln P.S. the ‘addendum’ part is heavily edited, this was already a long presentation and i was trying to shorten it somewhat

  • DigrediorMens:

Great vid Ramm! when ever I meditate i feel alot of energy around my body and sometimes its hard to keey my eyes closed, I know im doing it right but I don’t understand why this happens

  • brownfuji:

the best chi/aura detector is a living being. Any mechanical device will perform a dumbed down version of what a human being is capable of.

  • moonbar33:

    Hello my friend :)

Yet another great video, well done.
I have also been looking for a device to measure my heart rate during meditation but have yet to find a good cheap reliable unit that will retain my upper & lower heartrate during practice – & operate silently.

Best wishes to you & your family for the new year :)

  • rammsteinregeln:

@popintellectfanboy12 ch’i is energy and most closely related to electricity or electromagnetism but currently there are no devices that specifically measure it

  • popintellectfanboy12:

what is chi made out of?

  • rammsteinregeln:

Hi guys, this video will be the last one of 2010.. from here, i’d like to hear from any of you whom are tech savvy enough to know how to go about getting a wrist-mounted device manufactured that would be sensitive to the ch’i ‘pulse’ described in this vid.

The purpose of asking the questions in this DTM was for information that could be convincing (to the lay person) that meditation causes physiological changes to the body and the increase of its bio-electrical energy, hope you enjoy

  • rammsteinregeln:

@Mcleod0000 Chi increases the muscle endurance which is one way to ‘benchmark’ its levels in the body

  • Mcleod0000:

I think i got this right . Ok so if you have more chi than youll be able to lift or maintain more weight in exercise . So people who work out with music and get better results could say music builds up chi . Interesting stuff
