Author: In Marquette, MI., May 06, 2010 approximately 9 PM I went outside into my yard to smoke a cigarette. The evening sky was cloudy. Stars couldn’t be seen. I noticed a very bright light through the trees and it could only be seen by standing in the “sweet spot”. Initially, I thought it was the moon but quickly realized it was not. I moved around the yard trying to get a better view without success. Moments later the light seemed to burn out. I checked local news for reports as there had been a handful of daytime sightings of a craft days earlier. No comments. May 08, 2010 at approximately 11:15 PM I was outside smoking and looked up into a very clear night sky to see a brilliantly white light moving silently across the sky. I am under commercial airline traffic so was dilligent to see what type of craft could be lit up in such a way. I live approximately a mile away from the Lake Superior shoreline. I watched this very bright, large object move overhead and east toward the lake where it appeared to launch into hyperspace. But really, what I saw was the object get smaller and disappear. What I saw was that this UFO began to ascend at 45 degrees and zoom away out of sight. Yet, the craft got smaller not as a function of it’s ascent or distance but more like, I know this sounds crazy, but like it was being vaccuumed or sucked into some unseen tube. This UFO was huge and silent! A couple of seconds afterward a commercial craft flew over and I could hear it perfectly and in comparrison of the lights, …they were visable but pinhead.

Ive seen the same light move across the sky 2 nights in a row. The light is about 3000 ft in the sky and moves northeast. The light was seen 8/26/10 at 9:15pm and 8/27/10 at 9:35pm .
I was informed it was the International Space Station.
I was 9:45 pm me my dad my grandad nan and mum was in the garden when we spotted a silent swift looking object that whent thought the sky wthot any noise but when it went near a plane it dimmed out and stopped so now the rest of the family witnesed it they know im not crazy but could someone please give me some answers ?????
I saw it also (live in rural north west england) – twice over the bank holiday weekend around 10pm both times. Moving east (ish), maybe NE and too low to be a plane, no noise, bright light on all the time (not like small wing lights flashing on a plane) and then it’s gone.
we’ve also seen 6 bright lights with the same description as listed above. however these lights seamed to follow slowly the track of aeroplanes behind. and also dissapeared into thin air, but all 6 we saw at about a minuet between each, and all dissapeared in the same place in the sky. any explanations??
I went camping going back a month ago…end of the beginning of september and seen the same thing i looked up on a clear night and saw this massive bright white light just silently and slowly drifting overhead in a strait direction… it wasn’t even that high, a couple of thousand feet up…it passed overhead intill i couldnt see it anymore, it was heading N.East…. the next day i packed my camping gear and tryed a different camping spot across the valley.. this is where even now thinking of the sentence i’m gonna right is sending shivers down my spine.. okay so then i saw this bright light again but this time the bright light was somewhat far away… i stared at it thinking?? that’s not a star! it then gently moved right… it was quite far away then a minute later moved down but on a slant then up left on a slant.. then it just suddenly got closer and closer till it was only 5000meters in front but a little higher than me. you see i was on’top of a valley. almost inline with this ufo. so i was staring it out. it seemed like it was scanning around. like it had a beam of light pointing slowly past me then back past me, the beam of light wasn’t powerfull, almost transparent its just that you could see what direction it was scanning/pointing… anyway this went on for 10-15 mins.. Then suddenly another light caught my corner of eye.. and it was the same thing, it elegantly moved slowly down from the sky straint down behind aload of thick conifer trees..intill it was almost eye level but quite far away i would say good 2-3 thousand meters.. the light dissapered out of sight.. then reappered sudenly behind a line of forestry trees not far from me.. it seemed like this thing was so big to then go so small… football sized ball of bright light…. it was weaving in and out the trees.. back and forth back n forth, meanwhile the other light in the sky stayed in the same position in front of me but highr than me. it seemed like it was looking out for the other light which was weaving in and out the trees.. to right of me. about thousand meters away.. I was tempted to go over this little brow, a little mossy bank to see the light better because it was not far away.. i was in the middle of nowhere, by myself.. the one part of me wanted to go and see and other part of me was shit scared…. i clutched myself tight, holding my nerve’s. deciding intill then suddenly i woke up and it was early morning. I got a feeling they are looking for something.. this new kind of ufo has been reported hudreds of times, and i am a firm believer. i swear by my one and only sole that they they are defitley out there!!! ive seen a boomerang shaped one when i was little kid. aswell..
The last two nights I have watched a slow moving object over Northern Arkansas. It moves from east to west over several hours, it has one very bright white light and a smaller white light. It has an erratic movment it appears to jump around in the same area. as it slowly moves across the sky. Looking at
it thru a telescope the large light appears as a large ball containing many smaller lights. Anyone know what it might be?
I saw big white light flying on the sky 27 Apr 2011 at 10:30. My boyfriend and I wore coming back from holiday and walking down the street to our home. Then we saw a big white light as bright as the stars flying from west north to north very slowly, then in just a blink of an eye the light went off and disappeared. It was strange because there was not other white or red blink light that planes and helicopters have. In my opinion it is a bit high for helicopter to fly high as it was flying and for a plane to have big light as a star. If you know what I mean!
Hi I just saw this same thing. I was heading out to put my daughter in her carseat and my husband had already got into the car. I was looking up admiring the stars and saw a very bright “star” only to notice right away it was hauling a** across the sky!! I yelled for my husband to get out of the car because we had seen the same thing approximately a year ago as well! I wish I could find out what these lights are?
Hi it is 11:45pm here in arkansas! I was at some buddies house standing around a big bon fire it was about 9:00pm when i looked up to asmire the beauty of the night sky when i seen a big light moving at a rapid speed like an airplane when i told my buddies to look up and see this light i told them it was not an airplane cause there wasn’t any lights flashing on it and they aruged with me until it moved more over us and then it got smaller and smaller and then dissapeared into nowhere! it was unbeleiveable all three of us seen it and stood there in amazement that we just seen that. It was a very bight white light and the direction it took and then eventually dissapeared! Like maybe in a 2 min period!
My first ecounter of this bright streak of the white light occurred at 4:23 in sanger, California. my friend and i were driving down a street called Church. No car was on the street. the emptiness made the whole town eerie. we were causualy talking until this streak of light that appeared like 6 but somewhat crescent looking. The start of the white like was a smooth clean white light. it did not emit any light like a a fire work or flare would. it was just a clean and smooth light. there was no sounds of a jet or anything. we freaked out as we logically tried to approach our experience. i could have been a meteorite entering the atmosphere, no. a plane? no! a supernova exploding? NO!!! what ever it was, it lasted only a second. it was so fast but i was lucky to catch. im glad i found this website because i am not alone.
i forgot to add, the start of the light was thick but got smaller like a tail.

How can something natural create such a line of light!

every night to 21.20 a bright light cross the sky in a high speed whit imprecision movement. i watching at this in every night and i see the same thing. amazing!!! realy, i think we are not alone… this is happening in Austria near town Linz but in a very silent zone and with hils and forest. sory for my english.
