If I had to offer an explanation I would suggest this might be an optical phenomenon we don’t yet understand that allows star light to be reflected onto a temperature layer much like and inversion layer that reflects surface objects. The movement is the earths rotation exaggerated by the distance to that layer by the observer. Has anyone compared them to a star map? Heck maybe they are satalite reflections magnafied on such a layer? There is a lot of junk up there.

i think everytime they move they show us a letter from their alphabet. could be true. i think the red and blue dots are the ships and the white stuff is their exhaust or like before someone said the remainings of a wormhole
