Is HAARP using it’s technology to project holographic images into the sky? If so, does this explain many ufo sightings and other sightings such as the lights over Norway that the Russians claim was a failed missile launch? Is this same technology being used to control the minds of the population?

They R using HAARP mind control tech on the mass public in San Diego, because these little myrmidons can’t think 4 themselves & R doing everything they R told 2 do by a man named Steve M, because they R criminals that have no character & R stupid. This is how they R going 2 use this tech on the mass public (you). tv always fucked up my mind :S i couldn’t take it anymore
so i stopped watching since a few weeks. now i strangly feel more free and at peace with myself..
What is beamed through my tv is already very disturbing and harmful. I often notice change in the population of day to day interaction….from violent and aggressive one day in the subjects to caring and loving in the next. Like a wave or virus spread to our brains….wonder y that is ?
i don’t think they’re trying mind control on the population but i think they’re definately messing w/weather however i’m wondering about project bluebeam or seismic activity and there’s a political propaganda war of course
