This research of Richard Mueller has given scientific support to Carl Johan Calleman’s research on the Mayan calendar.
You can google his book entitled “THe Purposeful Universe”
In his books that were published in 2001 and 2004, basing it on the Mayan calendar, Calleman already argued that the biological evolution had 63 million years of periods.

I wonder also if this is relative to pole shifting which could effect the carbon build up. Would be an interesting link between the formation of the earth and life build up.
