Police say its a civil matter, but when I last made an application to the Civil Court the Judge said County Courts dont deal with Fraud and perjury.

I tried to in my case. Sent emails to the Lancs constabulary that were apparently sent on to someone to deal with but i heard nothing.
I have written evidence of Cobbetts telling another solicitors called Irwin Mitchells to delay filing a document in court to cancel a judgement that had been passed in “error”. the delay was t oallow the court to register the CCJ on our files. 3 days later, Cobbetts obtained the files with ccj on

On Monday 14th Sept I intend to make an official cmplaint to the police regarding 9 instances and counts of false statments being made in two signed staments of truth submitted in two separate court hearings, First statement of truth containing false syatementsby a witness for the RBS who works in CMS Telford and Second Statement of truth signed by a solicitor representing the RBS.
The Police must investigat all reported allegations.

I will wait until next April and close my RBS ISA before they ‘lose’ my savings. Having viewed all 3 clips, Along with other viewers/readers, I no longer believe RBS has any honesty, integrity or business acumen. However, I DO believe in an organisations right of reply, and the right to put their dirty washing through a boil wash and show everyone they have done so. Thus, if there are any RBS people out there who can justify their existence, we would like to hear from you, if you’re brave.

Ahhh bless you sparkie and I hope you get the justice you deserve. I can see how much work you have put in, and one day you just wait one day all of your hard work will be rewarded. I wish I was as brave as you to stand up to these fraudsters, I know because I was a big victim of fraud too. I can’t wait for the full DVD to come out to.
