Hi Carissa,

I doubt that I have any more knowledge on this particular sighting than you do, but I do subscribe to a theory on the whole phenomenon which is gaining some popularity. The basics of that are that The Bible, Ancient Mayan and Native American accounts of Gods from the sky, and various other civilizations are talking about UFOs and aliens. When you look at all the pieces it really makes sense.

Getting off that subject for a minute- Have you ever watched the UFO documentary “I Know What I Saw?” It’s pretty eye-opening.. maybe the best-made documentary that talks about UFO sightings in modern times. Tons of credible eye-witnesses, etc.. If you haven’t watched “Ancient Aliens,” I highly recommend that as well. There are 4-5 parts to the series I believe.

I don’t know what (if any) religious views you hold, and I don’t want to assault them. However, having been raised in a highly religious (Christian) environment, and having studied the Bible several times a week for years… there is nothing about the God, Angels, Demons = UFO/Aliens idea that is contrary to the actual contents of the Bible. In fact, it made the whole thing much more real to me. Both my faith and UFOs make more sense to me now than ever.

These concepts may be contrary to the interpretations that mainstream religions subscribe to.. but then again, how many churches have really gone back through their holy books and analyzed the incredible “supernatural” events that are chronicled, looking at these events with the assumption that UFOs and Aliens are real, and are here. After all, isn’t “supernatural” just another word for science that we don’t yet understand? Instead they just take the accounts given by men who had no knowledge of modern technology, and keep the mystic context for the modern reader. There were books omitted from the biblical canon at the council of Nicaea (4th or 5th century A.D.) which shed more light on the whole situation. The Book of Enoch is one such book.

I’m sorry to be long-winded.. but this is a very exciting subject to me. I don’t know of another way of looking at the UFO phenomenon that makes so much sense when you take into account all of human history. The ancient “myths” and religions that these events spawned all have common denominators. Supreme beings from the sky, and some sort of expected “return,” with many of them pointing to the era in history that we now live in. I don’t think this can be coincidence.
