More- www.saucertubeufovideos.blogspot.com Since I have been on this ufo stabilizing frenzy I decided to have a go at this footage. I found that the ufo was not stable with the background. The cause for this could only mean that some one used software similar to mine to insert this object in the video and they tried to stabilize it as good as they could, but they did not get it perfect. Either that or this ufo vibrates!

The viewer is situated east of the towers looking west. Many years ago, SciFi Network posted the video (*.mov) on its website (24 frames per second). At some unknown time, the video data (and maybe the video itself) was sent to Japan. Online, the traces of this exchange are in 30 frames per second. Alejandro Franz analyzed the 24fps resampled video (QuickTime Movie File) found from www.scifi.com and concluded that it was manipulated. That is true—video compression can remove important frames and blur two together to create a sort of double frame. Indeed so, for in one the frames were two separate ellipses, but Franz only saw this as UFO blurred in the direction opposite of its travel, which he believed was indicative of a hoax.
