Project Blue Book was one of a series of systematic studies of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) conducted by the United States Air Force (USAF). Started in 1952, it was the second revival of such a study. A termination order was given for the study in December 1969, and all activity under its auspices ceased in January 1970. Project Blue Book had two goals: 1- to determine if UFOs were a threat to national security, and 2- to scientifically analyze UFO-related data. Thousands of UFO reports were collected, analyzed and filed. As the result of the Condon Report, which concluded there was nothing anomalous about UFOs. Project Blue Book was ordered shut down in December 1969 and the Air Force continues to provide the following summary of its investigations: 1- No UFO reported, investigated and evaluated by the Air Force was ever an indication of threat to our national security; 2- There was no evidence submitted to or discovered by the Air Force that sightings categorized as “unidentified” represented technological developments or principles beyond the range of modern scientific knowledge; and 3- There was no evidence indicating that sightings categorized as “unidentified” were extraterrestrial vehicles. By the time Project Blue Book ended, it had collected (12618) UFO reports, and concluded that most of them were misidentifications of natural phenomena (clouds, stars, etc.) or conventional aircraft. With another Youtuber from Harrisburg who came to check out the action with me and Constable Dan (pageperformance) while IN the golf course on other side of woods from my house. Footage got lost in the pile. First parts located in Penn Township, Pennsylvania, which is next to Murrysville line. For the idiots who like to distort things, lie, and make stupid, so-called ;debunked’ videos while HIDING themselves behind a computer screen: Dan Page IS a Constable and it is easily verifiable by CALLING Butler County Elections Bureau office (info NOT online). An online map DOES NOT accurately show how rolling and HIGH the hills are. One can (and it has been proved) be on several other HIGH locations overlooking golf course & woods and see the SAME activity OVER THIS SAME AREA at the SAME TIME–CLEARLY indicating the source FROM INSIDE that area, and not any flyover from ANY airport SINCE there is NOT an airport IN the golf course NOR inside the heavy woods surrounding it. Just like Rendlesham Forest/Bentwater UFO incident: They like the freaking WOODS, they like to GLOW YELLOW (and sometimes red/orange/amber/white), HOVER above the ground, and they like to shrink down into ROUND ORBS after they’re done flying around…JUST LIKE that famous case. AND, like my laser BEAM video, the Rendlesham witness even gave a statement saying “Later, starlike lights were seen in the sky to the north and south, the brightest of which SEEMED TO BEAM DOWN A STREAM OF LIGHT FROM TIME TO TIME”. Ufology is a neologism coined to describe the collective efforts of those who study unidentified flying object (UFO) reports and associated evidence. While ufology does not represent an academic field of research, UFOs have been subject to various investigations over the years by governments and independent academics. None of these studies have officially concluded that any reports are caused by extraterrestrial spacecraft (eg, Seeds 1995:A4). Some studies were neutral in their conclusions, but argued the inexplicable core cases called for continued scientific study. However, “the vast majority of UFOs that have been scrutinized by qualified investigators turn out to have rather mundane explanations”. Astrophysicist Peter A. Sturrock suggests that a lack of funding is a major factor in the institutional disinterest in UFOs: “If the Air Force were to make available, say, million per year for ten years for UFO research, it is quite likely that the subject would look somewhat less disreputable … however, an agency is unlikely to initiate such a program at any level until scientists are supportive of such an initiative. We see that there is a chicken-and-egg program. It would be more sensible, and more acceptable to the scientific community, if research began at a low level.” This is a theory that most UFO sightings are misunderstood phenomena such as ball lightning or visual illusions.
