I live near eloy, az and seen something very similar, It got up to six large redish orange orbs at one point, they turned on and of for about 15 to 20 minutes or so, the sighting was either the 26th or 27th of april 2010. I was looking to the west from eloy.
I saw one the same night in the western skies from Phoenix. It was large and very bright and twinkled. Never seen it before. Watched it for about 20 mins and it never moved. Came back outside about an hour later and it was completely gone! Probably just a visitor.
