  • I thought this book was quality it had so many scenes that would look so good as a film.it had me reading from start to finish and has got me more involved in the aliens trilogy-only 1 dissapointment that the fact that riply was an android spoiled it a little but it was done for certain reasons.somtimes the storys in these series of books are hard to link with the films which makes it a little confusing, but all in all a very good book.

  • A good and a better way to carry on than the films.

  • Aliens: the female war applies a very interesting twist to the normal aliens series. Ripley is on gateway station along with refugees from alien infested earth. everyone is having the same dreams about the aliens and ripley decides to do something about it. Not much fighting involved but still a very interesting and fun read……especially when they meet the queen of queen aliens…..

  • Ok this is the best alien book (not including the A Vs P books.) So much fun to read, jut couldn’t put it down. It thought bye de bye to poor old lass on Earth but they got her out. Yuppee. But one question! In the first book, Earth Hive, there was those Elephants but where have they gone? They were going to over take earth after the alien infetation had gone maybe thats in the next one. Anyway brilliant brilliant brilliant etc.

  • Steve Perry realy does have a very good “feel” of the Aliens universe. The main characters are our old favourites Wilks and Billie (Sounds like the title of a sit-com) They are joined by the infamous Ripley on what is quite possibly the most far fetched and totally impossible mission, of catching the Mother alien and taking her to Earth. The characters are well developed, but you really need to have read the other books to get a firm grasp of this book. However once again, the Alien threat is not trully realised, instead they are just cannon fodder and are too distant to make you loose any sleep. Still it is a thrilling and blood pumping read. ENJOY!
