What Victor is saying is that if the video is a hoax – if the “alien” is in fact merely a human operated puppet – then he is challenging those who think this to prove it by finding the person (or people) who made the puppet. Personally I feel for Victor – it must be frustrating knowing the truth and not having anyone believe you. VICTOR – I BELIEVE YOU AND THANK YOU!

No. Basically, the aliens apparently KNOW about the future catastrophe that is going to happen, and they may have influenced the creation of the mayan long count calendar. Victor in the last part of the second part of this interview said “apres moi le deluge.. le deluge solaire”. This is French. Look it up. It means “after me the flood.. the solar flood”.
