As I was talking my dogs for a walk I noticed a bright light in the sky to the west about 4-6 times the size of a star. It was pulsating, and moving slower than a plane or helicopter. As I watched for about 3-4 minutes it slowly begin to fade. It was still pulsating but each time it pulsated the light got dimmer and dimmer until it was gone.
