It was about eight thirty in the evening, my fiancee and I had decided to get on top of our roof to view the lightning from an oncoming storm from the east. We had been up there for a good thirty minutes before anything was actually noticed.
We were discussing an aspect of our wedding, she was sitting the same direction as I towards the east, but looking at me to the south. I noticed that she was kind of staring off past me into the distance. It was another minute before she says anything. “Do you see that?” she asked me. I look to where her eyes are gazing. My first thought was that it was a street light, the orange yellow light it emitted “I have no clue, what is that thing?” I ask out loud. We watch in silence for another moment. It is hard to describe the movement of the object. A kind of slow smooth gliding or hovering. I remember clearly that the movement was very smooth, unlike an aircraft. My heartbeat quickens and I am suddenly very anxious. I say,”Maybe a helicopter?” “No, the light is different and there is no sound.” she tells me. Whether it was from the cool wind or from the realization that I had no explanation for this, the hairs all over my body were standing on end. It made its way from the airspace above downtown closer then subtly shifted directions towards the east and soon the light faded in the distance. I suddenly noticed something else, “That’s odd” I say,”it was going against the wind straight into that storm.”
We had been so submerged in watching the object we realized only then that we hadn’t even thought of getting a camera or phone to call my mom, whom could have seen it very clearly from where she lives on the outskirts of town. I contacted her and one of my friends to tell them what we had just seen, still very excited at this encounter. It was through my friend I came here to share this story that still amazes me.

This page contains the info which I personally would like to have found, when I first started looking into UFOs. I briefly discuss my hypothesis on OBOLs (Orange Balls of Light), which btw represent the majority of reports in my country (Greece). OBOLs are typically dismissed as “Chinese lanterns” by many Ufologists in Germany and Britain.
I also cover the subjects of UFO shapes, types, colors, illumination, flight characteristics, speed, rotation, wobble, radiation, maneuvers, sounds, landing traces etc, with annotated examples of photographic cases of UFO sightings. This webpage aims to help the reader make some ‘technological sense’ out of certain aspects of the UFO pattern (in particular sections 7, 8 and 9 covering UFO propulsion, radiation and illumination respectively).

Coast to Coast AM 06-20-2010 UFO expert Budd Hopkins joined George Knapp to talk about his new memoir, Art, Life and UFOs, which traces his life as a ufologist and alien abduction researcher, as well as a nationally known abstract expressionist painter. Active in the 1950s New York City art world, he met many of the painters of that era such as Jackson Pollock. Hopkins’ interest in UFOs was kindled by his own sighting of an other-worldly craft over Cape Cod in 1964. In November 1975, an interview with a store owner in his Manhattan neighborhood began his decades-long investigation into alien encounters. The storekeeper described seeing a vehicle hovering off the ground in North Hudson Park, and then a group of 10-11 small-sized beings emerging. The beings, which he said looked like “kids in snowsuits,” appeared to be digging up dirt and putting them in “little satchels.” In 1976, the Village Voice published Hopkins’ first writing about the UFO enigma, and the Hudson Park case in particular. In retrospect, Hopkins said his interest in UFOs had an influence on the style of his paintings, as he started using big circles as part of his compositions. After the publication of such books as Missing Time, Hopkins received a lot of media attention for his investigations, and was interviewed on TV over the years by people such as Bryant Gumble, Oprah Winfrey, and Larry King. Based on numerous similar testimonies of abductees he’s worked with, Hopkins has concluded that aliens are …
UFO Hunters – Alien Fallout – Part 3/5
Out from under Majestic: Dan Burisch uncensored – Part 2 Las Vegas, July 2006 Most students and researchers of the UFO/alien phenomenon need no introduction to Dan Burisch. Articulate, provocative, human, compelling, and — as some insist — challenging to believe, Dan and his story are integral components of our efforts to understand and come to grips with the bewildering labyrinth that is the mystery of who the aliens are, why they are here, how we interact with them, and what may be at stake. When Project Camelot was granted an interview with Dan, we traveled to Las Vegas not knowing what to expect. In Dan and his colleague Marci McDowell we found two very human people whom we quickly came to like. We built an excellent relationship with them, and shot over two hours of video which we present here. Whatever you currently know, believe you know, or don’t know about Dan’s experiences, we think you will find it of significant interest. Dan discusses his experience in Area 51, where he befriended a captive J-rod called Chi’el’ah; his complex relationship with Chi’el’ah, extending across decades and timelines; his connection with Majestic-12; the war between Majestic and the Illuminati; the race to close down the Looking Glass technology and secure the man-made stargates leading up to 2012; the calculated chance (19%, or 1 in 5), that 4 billion people will die from natural catastrophes triggered by the activation of the manmade stargates; the twists and turns of the …
