Probablemente de entre los contactados de este último siglo sea Eduard Meier uno de los más celebrados y controvertidos por la propia realidad que vivió y por su trascendencia a nivel público.Segun sus declaraciones, hasta la fecha son más de cien veces que ha conseguido ubicarse en las supuestas astronaves o hablar con dicha civilización de origen foraneo. Muchas de sus fotos y pruebas materiales no han podido ser negadas; al contrario, la nitidez de las copias y películas dejan pasmado a cualquier interesado en el fenómeno ufológico de nuestro tiempo. En este documental se expone una amplia investigacion realizada por el Excoronel Wendell Stevens, que llevo 5 años, donde se analizaron e investigaron decenas de testigos de sus avistamientos y encuentros, cientos de fotografias, decenas de videos, muestras de audio y como si fuera poco muestras de metal de las naves. En este caso, la LTP se manifiesta como un objeto en tránsito a través de la cara del disco lunar.
