www.stoptherobbery.com This is huge! Witnesses saw bright lights crash into the Ottawa River moving like they were under intelligent control on July 27th 2009 along with a huge boom. No aircraft debris was found or any aircraft or satellites reported missing, yet military helicopters were on site immediately searching for the craft. The area has been blocked off, people intimidated and video footage confiscated. An extraterrestrial craft has clearly crashed in the Ottawa River and a government cover up is underway. On April 21st, 2008, one of the most talked-about incidents in modern UFO history opened a new chapter–the Phoenix Lights. At approximately 8PM, several residents reported seeing a formation of four lights that reminded them of the group of floating lights that appeared above Phoenix, Arizona on March 13, 1997. This is fromRandolph Winters’ time with Billy. Randolph Winters has been a UFO researcher for many years, and due to his books, videotapes, and lecturing, he has had the opportunity to have many interesting first-hand experiences and conversations that most people are not aware of. Randolph discussed several of these interesting experiences on a CBC radio program hosted by Art Bell (Coast to Coast AM). One of his case was the story of billy eduard meier. “Billy” Eduard Albert Meier (February 3, 1937) is a citizen of Switzerland and alleged and self-claimed contactee. He is also the source of many controversial photographs of objects claimed to be ufos. Meier claims regular contact with the extraterrestrials, and presents much spiritual and philosophical information from these meetings. He describes the Plejaren as humanoid much like the humans of Earth.
