This is fromRandolph Winters’ time with Billy. Randolph Winters has been a UFO researcher for many years, and due to his books, videotapes, and lecturing, he has had the opportunity to have many interesting first-hand experiences and conversations that most people are not aware of. Randolph discussed several of these interesting experiences on a CBC radio program hosted by Art Bell (Coast to Coast AM). One of his case was the story of billy eduard meier. “Billy” Eduard Albert Meier (February 3, 1937) is a citizen of Switzerland and alleged and self-claimed contactee. He is also the source of many controversial photographs of objects claimed to be ufos. Meier claims regular contact with the extraterrestrials, and presents much spiritual and philosophical information from these meetings. He describes the Plejaren as humanoid much like the humans of Earth.

We are in a permanent state of war – not for our own protection, but because the permanent war economy is extremely profitable. There are “future technologies” that are available to us now that would permanently end our “dependence on foreign oil”, but these are not profitable to those who control the oil/coal/nuclear supply chain and infrastructure and are therefore suppressed and withheld from us. Right now, one of the biggest inefficiencies on the planet is our daily commuter lifestyle. Think of how much human and energy resources are wasted each day just getting people to and from the same building each day. In this age of telecommunications, why is this necessary? ** The Environment, Global Warming, Pollution ** The greater family of man offworlders are deeply concerned with our direction and with the environment and earth changes that are happening now. Consider this: * The deep sea current that regulates the environment all around the world and brings warming waters from tropical climates to Europe could stall and Europe would then have a Siberian climate. * The glaciers in Antarctica are moving towards the ocean eight times faster than previously. * There are over 50 dead zones in the ocean, one is 700 miles wide. * We are experiencing major shifts in weather patterns around the globe. * Pollution has been building and accelerating around the world for centuries. * How many volcanoes could erupt if prompted by a major shift in the Earth magnetics or the Earth’s gravitational field, contributing to massive earth changes? Many indigenous cultures, from the Hopi Indians to the Mayan prophecies, have warned of major cataclysms on the planet. What was once a Mother planet nurturing all her species may now be a Mother Earth in danger of dying. What’s more important? Making that all mighty dollar or taking a breath of clean air and drinking clean water. Are we going to destroy ourselves and allow technology to supercede spirituality. Extraterrestrials and multi-dimensional intelligences are here to help us. ** Extra Terrestrial/ET Help ** There are ET/UFO/extraterrestrial visitors – “off-worlders” – beings who are extremely technologically and spiritually advanced. (Remember Flatland in the movie “What the Bleep”?) ** ufos Aliens ets & the Press – Disclosure ** This is the part that’s not covered, that’s not coming out – the fearlessness it takes to bring this message out to the public is not there in our mainstream media. Why is it that in Mexico, UFO sightings are a normal part of the news coverage? In France and England, the Government’s previously classified UFO files are starting to be disclosed. But in the US press, talk of extraterrestrials, ufos sightings, crop circles, ets and alien contact is still a joke, when discussed at all. Recently a “Deathbed” affidavit was disclosed from Lt. Walter G. Haut, Roswell military base public information officer stating he had seen alien spacecraft & alien bodies, basically admitting there had been a coverup at Roswell and about the existence of UFO craft and alien bodies from the 1947 Roswell crash. Lt. Haut released the original “UFO and Alien bodies recovered in Roswell UFO crash” press release that was later covered up by the government’s “weather balloon” story. Did you hear about that in the news? ** The Solution is Up To Us ** We have a golden opportunity right now to join the rest of the universe in peace and to unite with these beings who are spiritually and technologically advanced, far beyond anything that we can imagine. The choice is up to us.
Author and researcher Richard Dolan shared material from his new book ufos and the National Security State Vol. 2, which delves into UFO history and cases from the years 1973-1991. The 1970s saw the major UFO organizations, such as MUFON, try to take a more scientific approach in their investigations, while at the same writers such as Jacques Vallee and John Keel were introducing new ideas to the field like inter-dimensionality. The strengthening of the Freedom for Information Act (FOIA) by the mid-70s allowed for some government and military documentation of ufos to be made public, he noted. Dolan has listed 12 government documents that show the UFO question was being taken seriously, including a 1947 memo in which General Nathan Twining declared that flying discs were “real and not visionary or fictitious.” 1975 was “one helluva year for UFO cases,” as it included the first wave of triangular craft sightings, an upsurge in animal mutilations & unexplained airspace violations, and abduction cases like Travis Walton, said Dolan. Another noteworthy case from 1975 involved a young pilot in Mexico who was surrounded by three dome-shaped discs, and said he felt his aircraft being pulled or lifted, before the discs left. Interestingly, on the same day, a similarly described craft interfered with the operation of a truck in Texas, Dolan noted. He also theorized that Earth and humanity itself are of great interest to “other intelligences who have somehow found a way to observe us.” Sitchin Update Appearing during the first half of the 4th hour, renowned scholar Zecharia Sitchin recounted this theory of ancient ET visitors, and talked about his forthcoming book which compares his work to biblical tales. He said he was pleased with the mainstream coverage he received in a recent New York Times profile. George Noory will be paying tribute to Sitchin as he receives a Lifetime Achievement Award at the upcoming Conscious Life Expo in Los Angeles.
