Author: In the second half-hour, George Noory was joined by ufologist Dr. Roger Leir, who discussed findings from an alien implant removal surgery he performed on December 5, 2003. Leir described the removed object (see Alien Implant Photos below) as a magnetic, metallic rod, 6mm in length with distinctive groove lines
